Left Alive set to Release Next March

Left Alive looks about as odd as you’d expect, seeing as how it’s a game developed by some of the talent behind Metal Gear Solid. Regardless, it being a spinoff of the legendary Front Mission series, it’s a game we’d love to see in motion proper.

With the last trailer for Left Alive having introduced the game’s setting and protagonists, the one we’ve got here today pinpoints the official release date, and as it turns out, we’re going to be waiting a bit longer yet.

Aside from giving us the release date for Left Alive, the State of the World trailer also showcases just what had to have gone down in this depiction of the not-so-distant future for the war in Novo Slava to break out. Hint: it’s a pretty bleak state of things.

Players will get to employ various types of guerilla combat tactics in order to defeat enemies in various shapes and forms, ranging from generic infantry all the way to Wanzer-class mechs, which have been prominently featured in Left Alive’s promotional materials.

Set to release on 5th of March, 2019, Left Alive promises to bring about a new look into the universe of Front Mission. Though moderately obscure by now, the franchise retains some of its appeal for the fans, and Left Alive seems like it might bring some new stuff to the table anyway.
